Fue una muy buena estadía. El hotel es nuevo, céntrico, confortable, limpio, por ser de CR7 tiene fotos, camisetas autografiadas, replicas de la bota de oro y balón de oro, diseños en las paredes y alfombras de Cristiano Ronaldo. La habitación es perfecta, siempre limpia, buen tamaño, en nuestro caso una cama king size muy cómoda. tiene cafetera, una refrigeradora pequeña. secador de cabello, televisor, El baño con jabones líquidos y de buen tamaño. El personal es extraordinario. Siempre pendientes de ayudarte con cualquier consulta o servicio interno o externo que requieras. El desayuno no está incluido, sin embargo te ofrecen bagels y croissants, manzanas en las mañanas, Durante todo el día cuentan con maquina de cafes variados y chocolates totalmente gratis. Tienes todo tipo de almacenes y la terminal de transporte cerca. Muy recomendado.

I came in on the red eye from LA, room wasn’t ready, but not too much of a surprise. I was upgraded because of my status with Hotels.com. Room was nice, big, clean. Desk in was great, sorry didn’t catch the name of the guy that checked me in. But he was friendly, professional and courteous. Even got a lil note thanking me for my stay. Got a few free things from the mini bar, again thanks to my status. The price for the room was well worth it! Not far from Times Square. I will definitely try and stay again when I visit NY. P.S. This was the 1st hotel I could find that didn’t advertise “pet friendly” I don’t believe it’s necessary to take your pets on vacation plus I’m allergic to most dogs! Every other hotel advertised for that. That’s fine, but like smoking rooms/floors have non pet friendly rooms/floors too! I couldn’t find any! Pestana CR7 was the first, so THANK YOU!

This hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Justin at the front desk was extra helpful with service and recommendation of where to go in the city. Would recommend staying here and I will stay again in the future.
