It was okay. I expected more from a hotel in the city of Buffalo. To be fair, they are under renovations. I don’t like that they hold $100 per night you stay at the hotel. Then you have to wait a couple of days before you get it back after you check out. The carpet in the room looked disgusting. Bring slippers. No one changed the towels or took out the garbage. This was so ridiculous. You should never have to ask for the basics.

Stayed in Hyatt regency for two nights. The stay was a bit far from pleasent. The air conditioner in the room was damn noisy. And the bathroom doesn't have a fresh air fan. This makes the whole room stale. The window panes were not clean. The only good part was they have a Starbucks onsite. And here's the worst part. Being Hyatt, one will expect parking onsite. But they charge a whopping 25 USD for parking per night. And that's a block away from the hotel - not onsite. I'll think twice before booking my stay here again. Not worth the money.

You Should Always make it known that People have to add a Parking charge of 25 per day non-Valet and another 29 Plus dollars for Valet to a Parking lot that is down the street across the road from the Hotel !! Pool was Great but small . Rooms were Nice . Expensive Breakfast that Most hotels give for free .....

The room smelled very bad. We were given a room that we could see the garbage place only with a small tiny window. There is only one elevator working in the whole hotel which makes you wait at least 10 minutes to get on one with 15 people

The property is nice with a lot the restaurants around the staff are very friendly my only complaint was about the room because the shower was clogged all the time and the rugs were dirty and old .The rooms really need a upgrade

Area around hotel was desent But the hotel room was disappointing for the price. Bathroom sink was clogged and the sheets and blankets were dirty. Coffee maker had not been cleaned in a very long time & the curtins had alot of dust and windows had cobwebs with spider's. NOT a happy customer.
