The only positive is the location. Very small two bed room and restroom with shower. Dirty upon arrival. Shower and sink had issues draining. Maid service barged in. Less towels than guests, maid service took towels but didn't leave any.

At no fault to the hotel. They had a pipe burst and could not stay at the hotel i booked. This is not were i had an issue. They were kinda and was able to transfer me to a nother owned property. But on arrival of sead propertie they didnt have my reservations sent over so had to wite a couple hours untill they figured it out. Then on my last day of my stay i got locked out of my room, due to them not completely my paperwork correctly. The new hotel proceeds to tell me i have to contact the first hotel. Yes there was an issu that got handled but was a hassle to acheve this.

On Monday, 9/16 early morning, a water pipe broke on the top floor which flooded the elevators. I’m was on the 17th floor and had to walk down 17 floors when I was evacuated. Still no elevator service on 9/16 or 9/17 and no hot water or bathing. Service to their television was also out. After a full day of sight seeing and had theater tickets, I had to climb up and down the stairs. I called the operator informing them I was leaving on 9/17 and would appreciate help the luggage, but had to row my luggage down all those stair by myself. Just a reminder, I am 77 years old female and have never experienced such poor service

Staff friendly, but room dirty, toe nails, mold in corner or old dirt. Despite the building being so old it was diusty and the bathroom floors had skid marks. I paid close $500 with all the fees for 1 night. Not sure if this is the norm to pay but never again!

The location is centered, public transportation access. The property is falling apart, our room had the paperwall coming off, carpet looks dirty and old, the bathroom deficient cleaninness and mold on shower head , it felt like a forgotten place as was so a short stay 2 nights, an commitment me back to back, and did not spend more than sleeping hours there, survived but honestly a waste of a lot of money over $500 for that, shameful!

The hotel rooms where NOT as pictured. Mold, old carpet, just gross. Other floors looked lovely but they had no room or interest in moving another guest I ran into so I didn't even bother asking. Even the key cards didn't work after 1-2 times of use. Had to go to the front desk multiple times.

The location is the only thing excellent with the hotel, the air conditioner thermostat was out of batteries, i took two days and 10 calls to bring me new batteries and the same with the towels, house keeping forgot to leave towels at my room and i had to go and get it my self because i called around 6 times and no one answer the phone but to ask for the towels on reception i had to form a line of more than 10 persons and a lot of them were complaining about the service,
