There was no electricity whole night and when we checked with the Staff, they weren't aware. There is no back up. We had to sleep without AC/heating. There was no compensation.

It was a good experience staying there. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Shuttle service to the resort was excellent and fast. Cleaning staff was also good. The sofa bed should be improved though.

My family enjoy the bedroom suite very functional with microwave, kitchenette, coffee machine and super functional for the entire group. The swimming pool have warm water ( cold day) and the hot tub was amazing. Very surprise of the amenities of the this hotel. Highly recommended. Great value and super comfortable!

Found giant bread crump on sofa bed. Sofa bed is bad condition. Not pleasant. The towel are also dirty has two long black strip marks.

Nous adorons le style de l'hôtel, ses commodités, la piscine extérieure, la suite. Le personnel est courtois et attentionné. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très belle expérience. Deux ombres au tableau, toutefois : 1) La suite est annoncée comme ayant trois lits: un king, un escamotable et un sofa lit. Alors que le King et le lit escamotable sont très confortables, le sofa lit est, pour sa part, tout à fait inutilisable tellement le matelas est inconfortable à cause de sa mauvaise qualité (ou de son usure). Les ressorts sont palpables à chaque mouvement et entrent dans la peau. C'est impossible qu'une personne puisse y dormir. C'est quand même surprenant puisque l'annonce indique que la suite peut accomoder 6 personnes. La réception à envoyé quelqu'un qui a pu constater le mauvais état de ce lit. Malheureusement, on ne pouvait rien nous offrir en compensation, à part quelques couvertures visant à atténuer le ressenti des ressorts, ce qui n'aurait pas rendu ce lit suffisamment confortable pour y dormir. Nous sommes trois hommes célibataires. Deux d'entre nous ont ainsi dû se contraindre à partager un lit pour les 4 nuits. Nous n'avons ainsi ni le confort, ni l'intimité que nous auraient procurés les trois lits dont l'annonce faisait mention. 2) Par ailleurs, le réseau sans fil est faible et instable. En se déplaçant dans la suite, on perd parfois le signal. Là encore, on n'a pu nous offrir de solution autre que d'utiliser le réseau situé à l'accueil.
