Overall great stay. Stayed in one-bedroom suite with murphy bed: very large room. Heating didn't work well in the main living room but worked in the rest of the room. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was lovely - however lots of leaves in it at this time of year (Oct). Would be nicer to have towels at the pool instead of front desk. Staff were very friendly!

This was my first time in Tremblant and it didn’t disappointment. I took my staff for a weekend getaway to celebrate a great year. There is so much to do but nothing was better than the outdoor hot tub. The suites were a great size for our party of 4. My only suggestion is to have more lighting leading to the hot tub. It is very hard to see where you are going at night. This is definitely a place I would recommend for a girls weekend or a family trip. I can’t wait to plan my next stay.

Hotel room was PERFECT Staff was EXCELLENT Breakfast area and food needs improvement. Not enough staff and space to handle the morning crowd. Hotel can use some updating/ renovations. I would strongly recommend this property and looking forward to my next stay there.

Told there was a heated pool and hot tub. The pool was open but the staff didn't know that. The hot tub was open until we really wanted to use it, then without notifying guests they closed it. The availability of a hot tub was the main reason we booked this hotel. They did give us an option, walk for 5 minutes in the rain and cold to another hotel, use their hot tub to relax, then get dressed and hike back uphill for 5 minutes in the rain and cold. No apologies. No excuses for this. I am continually disappointed by Hilton. Their brand usually means bait and switch. Like many companies these days they train their staff to be polite and friendly so they can gaslight guests on the poor facilities. Hallways full of garbage bags and leftover food, etc.

I was really impressed by everything! The staff were SO nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great and the pool facilities were awesome. We would absolutely stay here again.
