Front desk lady was excellent--very helpful and friendly. In the room the chord for the microwave was too short to plug it 9nto the closest outlet. Apart from that little issue, the room was perfect.

Upon my arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt very relieved. I was checked in in a timely manner. I appreciated that my request for a room on the ground floor was accepted. I was given instructions of the time for breakfast, given the wifi information and given my room key. Excellent customer service. Thank you

we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. It is a 2 story building with no elevator so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs. That isn't for everyone but wasn't an issue for us.

The hotel is older so no elevator just stairs not ideal for someone with mobility challenges. The rooms are basic but clean. Hotel is right beside an adult entertainment club which makes it a bit iffy for nighttime clientele .

Good place to stop and rest while travelling.
We were just looking for an affordable place to stay one night and Comfort Inn offered that. It was simple and offered a clean room, comfortable bed, and good shower. A basic breakfast was also included.

Felt more like a Motel vs an actual hotel. There was moisture looking black stain on many walls in the bathroom. Can’t open any window on second floor to renew air. Had to turn ON cooling even tho it was 10 Celsius Degrees Outside to get fresh air.

Got to property after wedding reception, about10 pm, had to be 20 people all over parking lot, games on sidewalk in front of patio doors! Chairs in lot blocking spots, everyone pretty much drunk! I get it but didn’t need to inconvenience everyone! We had 3 rooms, with my four grandchildren!

The staff were great. Just seems a little dated. Bath tub had a little rust around the drain and found someone’s hairs near the toilet/tub. And there was a smell that seemed to be covering up some other odour.
