Upon my arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt very relieved. I was checked in in a timely manner. I appreciated that my request for a room on the ground floor was accepted. I was given instructions of the time for breakfast, given the wifi information and given my room key. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Hassle free stay. It is an old building and looks it BUT it is clean and welcoming. All the staff were polite, especially the cleaning crew. Breakfast was basic but hot and everything was well stocked, again with welcoming staff.

Checked in late after 11:00 pm and the front desk young lady's service was fantastic; she was friendly, professional and efficient. Our room 226 TV did not work but the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. thank you so much! Awesome wifi and great breakfast!

Loved your continental breakfast which was included, but it closed at 9:00 am. I would think that the vast majority of your guests would prefer that it was open till 10:00 am. Just saying! Otherwise everything was satisfactory!

This Hotel needs serious renovation. First off, the AC in the room was very noisy and worst part it was leaking on the floor carpet….Carpet needs to be removed and replaced. Hope they fix this because the location area is perfect. Breakfast was good with alot of variety.

Convenient location close to the highway
We stopped at the hotel for a night. The location is very convenient if you need to rest while driving over longer distance - close to Highway 401. The service was good. The room was clean. The hotel stay included a breakfast: eggs, cream cheese, bagels etc.

Over all not my cup of tea. When i was there police in area every night. There was a walk to the bus stop and they changed the routes in the middle of my stay. Possitive part was extremely great breakfast, except for the.attendent that stared at u whyll u get food.

Check in was easy, we were a little early and they allowed us to check in this was convenient for us as we had an appointment to get to if we could not check in earlier by the time we finished the appointment it would have been late night. We were just there to sleep and check out next morning.
