Front desk lady was excellent--very helpful and friendly. In the room the chord for the microwave was too short to plug it 9nto the closest outlet. Apart from that little issue, the room was perfect.

Upon my arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt very relieved. I was checked in in a timely manner. I appreciated that my request for a room on the ground floor was accepted. I was given instructions of the time for breakfast, given the wifi information and given my room key. Excellent customer service. Thank you

The entire property is vintage 1980's. The lobby is small, no elevator, narrow hallways, confusing hotel layout, dated furniture and bathroom fixtures, cramped breakfast room.

This Comfort Inn is just off a major road (highway 62) and a few blocks from the 401. Just far away enough that traffic noise is minimal. We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room. A taller toilet was really nice since there are no hand rails. While there is one grab bar by the shower a second one in the shower would have been helpful since the bottom of the tub was a bit sloped and slippery. We had two double beds. The mattresses were a little too firm for aching backs. Breakfast is served from 6 to 9 on weekdays. There is a big variety of restaurants in the area. We would stay here again if we are in Belleville again.

Pros: Property was clean and functional. Free parking was available. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Service was delivered promptly and efficiently. A wall closet, an iron & ironing board were available in the room, which we do not see often in hotels. Breakfast was included. Cons: The AC unit fan was very noisy, which was problematic especially for the guest sleeping in the bed next to it. The breakfast area was way too small for the number of guests: the room could only accommodate about 10-15 people at a time and it was very difficult to move around the tables, chairs, and food area in that limited space. A clothes hanger on the wall near the door in the room, and at least one towel hanger in the bathroom would have been appreciated. The door to the parking lot at the rear could not be opened from the outside. It was not obvious that the Wi-Fi password was printed on the digital key pouch.
