Nice place, perfect for what we needed. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was good, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Belleville.

Nice room. Bit of a challenge in late check-in. Bed wasn't super comfortable (but that is somewhat subjective) Thermostat wasn't very accurate, we set it as low as it would go, and it was still blasting hot in the room Very good breakfast buffet

Staff was friendly... That's about all that was good. We walked through what seemed like a nice part of the hotel. No elevator prepare to lug your bags up stairs. The room was. It like in the pictures, the carpet was covered in old stains and was lumpy like they played it over dirt. The room smelled stale, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were made of crappy material. The view looked at a graffiti laden wall. Thought I booked a room at the country inn which is a much better hotel for the same price, stay away from the comfort in

Front desk lady was excellent--very helpful and friendly. In the room the chord for the microwave was too short to plug it 9nto the closest outlet. Apart from that little issue, the room was perfect.

I didn’t like the fact there were balls of human hair in the floor that were not mine or that when I requested to change rooms because of the stairs they told me no and there was floaties in my bath water which was completely disgusting

Not the best stay
The breakfast was more than adequate. The office chair in the room was dilapidated. The finish came off on our clothes when we sat in it. It was replaced promptly the next morning when I reported to the front desk but it should never have been in the room in the first place. An expected amenity in this day and age, but there was no elevator. I am awaiting knee replacements on both knees and it was very challenging going up and down the stairs, especially with luggage. If I had known I would have requested a room on the ground floor. When front desk staff at check in, were made aware of my challenges, they made no attempt to find an alternate room. It was a difficult journey already as we were visiting for the funeral of a person very important to us.

Quick weekend stopover to visit family and friends. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited but was hot and fresh fruit was available. Not a fancy hotel but good value for the price.
