Worst Service

Got text to speed up checking process abt doing it online. Did it but reception said they didn’t get it. Loud yelling and music coming from room next door called front desk they sent security who walked right by so had to call them again . This time security gave them a warning said next time will be asked to leave. Called down again at 5 am but they were given a warning again. Woke up to them still being loud at 8 am. Finally started to fall asleep at 10:30 but got text to do late check out if I want or regular check out. Did late check out and went to sleep. At 12 housekeeping came banging on door I told her I did late chk out. Then 5 min late front desk is calling the room and then they called my cell. I told her I paid for late chk out but she said she never got it. For parking was told online it’s 50 got there was told to park across the street for 35 went to that parking lot was told to go down to another lot to park . Also paid for the room on hotels.com but had to pay an extra fee at the hotel which was the resort fee or something she said .
