We liked this hotel, clean and very convenient . Few complain is the elevator is too slow to service and towels seems to be on the smaller size. But overall good exoerience

Staff were great. Minor inconvenience with parking - having to pay $15 when other lots charged $10- Parking was 2 blocks from hotel the Lot in the back apparently was full. Nice hotel clean comfortable good value

Breakfast was the only disappointing factor about my stay and the fact that I didn’t get a room with the falls view but I understand not having all rooms for a fall view . Staff was very helpful , place is clean and you have everything around you walking distance .

I booked from expedia and while booking it was mentioned that breakfast is included but after check in, hotel staff told me that you have to pay additional money for breakfast it’s not included in the booking. Very bad experience.

It’s okay and doable but my sheets weren’t changed! Pack your own ones . The bathroom had a weird a smell. The carpet didn’t look clean . We survived and it was doable.
