Nice hotel, but was not happy to have to park at an off site parking lot that is over 2 blocks away from the hotel and still pay $15 even though the person next to me paid $10 because they were part of a group.

Staff great bed was awful. The beds creeped and you felt the springs. Pillows were not comfortable. Towels were not fluffy and had to ask for xtra. Bathroom fan was falling from the ceiling. Wouldn’t give it rave reviews.

I do not think I would stay here again. I had to pay $15 to park in a parking lot 1 km away because they ran out of parking around hotel. There was no channels on the tv … over all clean .. but would not recommend.

2 night trip to see the Falls
We stayed 2 nights to take in some of the Niagara Falls attractions we hadn't done in years. Location was perfect, right on Victoria Ave, so easy to either walk or take the WeGo bus. Price was surprisingly reasonable for the location, but that likely had to do with the time of year. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant which offered both a buffet and menu. No real complaints about this property & would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and big. It was updated which was nice. Parking was the biggest downside. On the website, it states on site parking available. There was no where that I saw that parking was actually a block over for a fee. It was dark when we arrived so it was a bit frustrating to have to figure out where to drive to for parking and then have to pay for it. We had trouble finding and had to come in and ask for further direction and the staff wasn’t very kind about it. They seemed annoyed. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.
