The view from our room was fantastic. The bed was not as firm as we like. And they should tell you when you check in that they charge for the wi-fi daily. Maid service was ok. They just threw the covers back on the bed as if you would not notice the corners had not been tucked in.

The hotel has an excellent location and our room had a wonderful view. The cleanliness of the room was not excellent. From the first day we arrived, it was not up to par with the price paid. The cleaning staff should improve. In general, it was fine. I would definitely return.

I will start with the good stuff..... good location. Now the other stuff way too expensive for what it is. Parking is way too far and expensive. I agreed to pay that much for "the view". The view was there when we arrived in the afternoon. in the evening when the view is supposed to be the most beautiful with all the lights on the falls our view was obstructed with the dew on the outside of the window caused by the air-condition in the room and uninsulated glass on the window. So, the room was just an average overpriced room with absolutely no view. For over 600 a night I expected no faults

This Marriott should not have the Bonvoy label. The staff was unresponsive and the hotel was not clean. We were ignored at the Bonvoy desk at least 3 separate times.
