Was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at while in Niagara. The pool was a bit small but the whirlpool was great! The rooms were clean and nice and had a bunch of lights as well. The heart shaped jacuzzi was awesome as well. The beds were comfortable and the sheets didn’t irritate my skin, which was awesome. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location and price, cute rooms and property. The only issues we encountered was our room sometimes had a strange odour, a mix of old socks and mustiness, and the hallway heat was way too hot where we found it stifling.

So this property is about a two minute walk from Clifton Hill. You can walk up to anywhere easily. It has an ice cream shop in the lobby. Outstanding property. And the price for that day anyways was excellent.

Gets 0 star for queitness. Stayed on Dec 26-27 2024. The adjacent room 728, which is a connecting room to where I was staying, 730, was terribly noisy. The people who occupied the room 728 has no respect for the surrounding. The indecent noises happened after midnight and continued for the next 1-2 hours. Screaming and loud venting because the couple was having fun. Digusting and obnoxious. Very dissapointed with hotel management when I reported this event in the morning, on Dec 27th between 9-10am. The only response was sorry. But again, the management is only interested in profits, not to their original motto of family friendly and family oriented. Not looking forward for future reservation with this hotel because you might end up with a noisy neighbour that will ruin your peaceful night.
