This hotel is a little dated but is still clean. The family room was spacious and had great facilities. Check in and parking was fast. The pool was clean and pool towels well stocked. A great location for families.

The hotel was it a wonderful spot - very easy to get to all kinds of places and restaurants. Yet, somehow we didn't hear any of the street noises while we were up in our room! So quiet. The 2 pools were very cool and the kids loved the options. The hotel staff were helpful and provided refills (towels and toilet paper) quickly anytime we requested. We would definitely stay here again - family of 5.

The hotel provided only one small shampoo container for four people. When we asked for more, the staff said they didn’t have shampoo but could give us an conditioner instead. The room had a bad smell and was old and outdated. We requested a one-hour late checkout, but the older lady at the reception was rude and dismissive, saying they were too busy. She could have communicated that politely, and we would have understood. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I spent my birthday weekend with my daughter in Niagara Falls. The hotel was close to fun attractions and walking distance to the Falls. The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

Location was obviously great. Everything was walking distance. We were running late and checked out about 30 mins after the cutoff (11:00am) and they knocked on our door and called us nonstop to see if we had checked out, which was pretty annoying.

No complaints at all here. Room, bed and bathroom were clean. Jacuzzi in the room was perfect for after a long day walking around. Decently close to Clifton Hill. Totally fine for a weekend stay.
