This is my first revisiting to the Tower Hotel right after its renovation. I have to say that everything from hotel facilities to guest services are all upscale and much better than before. I got an early check-in before 11am without additional charge and the Niagara Falls first winter firework show was right in front of my room. I have never been so close to the American falls. Really enjoy the firework right in front of my eyes. Just to let you know that I stay overnight at the Niagara Falls almost once per month and I have stayed at all the water front line hotels on Fallsview blvd, so I have ample same-level waterfront hotel experiences to compare with. Still, all things considered, I will definitely come back and stay at the Tower Hotel again because it is now my number one cost-effective option at the Niagara Falls waterfront overnight getaway trip.

Exceptional view of the Niagara Falls. The room is a bit smaller than I expected. But the views more than compensated for it.

Fantastic view of the falls!
I had a “Fallsview King” room on the 30th floor - the view was FANTASTIC! The huge window ran the width of the room. The room was not large but was well designed with an open hanging space for clothes rather than a closet - it worked well, certainly for one person. I loved the glass shower and everything was very clean. I arrived at 1.15pm expecting to have to wait until 4pm to be able to check in, but the room was ready and I was welcomed by a friendly lady at reception. There was a Nespresso machine with four pods, which was perfect - there was a safe in the lower drawer. I went mid November and it was very affordable. I will definitely be back - no need to research more hotels in Niagara again.

Very clean hotel. Great location. Only thing we didn’t like as much is you have to park off-site and take a shuttle back to hotel. Not a dealbreaker because you’re so close to everything but not convenient when you want to leave with the car for something.

I thought this hotel looked nice online but it exceeded my expectations! It was so beautiful inside, very clean and I found the beds super comfortable! The ihop is crazy expensive but it is a fallsview restaurant so not totally surprising.

The view was spectacular!! And worth the visit. Very clean room and nice bathroom. But very small and very few amenities … paper cups no real mugs…if you want proper ones you have to bring your own. And parking was good but you had to park your own and shuttle back..but staff was very nice and the place was clean and great view.
