The valet parking staff were amazing. They were all super friendly and helpful. Checking in took a long time as they were very busy. Got a jaccuzi room with a view. The view of both falls was superb. The room was not cleaned well. There was a bunch of (private part) hairs in the jacuzzi and shower. Called from desk and they said they would send someone, but no one ever came. Had to clean it myself. The hotel is easy walking to so many restaurants and activities. Ordered room service for breakfast. They said it would take 35 to 45 minutes cause they were busy. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get and i had to call twice to see if it waa coming at all. When it did come it was ice cold. 2 plates of food and it cost $96.and it was cold. When i checked out i told the front desk about it all he did is say he would tell the manager about it. Didn't offer me anything what so ever. Would most likely never stay here again.

Sheraton is a great place to stay with nice views of the falls. Staff is friendly and the hotel has direct access to the Casino Niagara and its close to the amusement area. The walk to the journey behind the falls and the Fallsview resort casino is less than a mile. Only thing to keep in mind that at certain times of day car access to the hotel can take longer than expected due to traffic from the adjacent border backing up.
