We chose this hotel for its ‘heated pool’, ratings, pricing and location. Upon arrival we saw there was a hockey tournament and kids were playing hockey in the halls. Once at the pool to enjoy relax time, it was not heated as advertised. Inquiring why, the response from front desk was abrupt and rude: it is an all season pool not heated. Thus the advertising on website is misleading. Pictures on websites are not at all representative of the hotel. Otherwise clean. Was very disappointed in our stay.

It was very quiet, not a lot of outside noise thankfully. Close to the casino and the falls. We planned to go to Zappi’s and it was very close to that so that was convenient.

All in all acceptable
All in all acceptable. Towels were plenty and clean, as we're the beds. There were some hairs in the bathroom that didn't get cleaned up - one on the toilet as well. Putting the AC on warm made the room smell like burnt dust. Maybe change or clean the filter of the AC? There was a loose tile in the bathroom and the frame of the AC was loose, too. It seemed a bit careless all in all. However, the check-in went well. Freddy I believe his name was, was very kind and patient with us and always had a smile on his face when we saw him. So did most of the staff that were at reception. The view was great, albeit covered by the Marriott hotel in front of this one. You could see the river and the horseshoe falls, though! I'd say it was worth the price.
