The hotel staff was kind and efficient. The overall hotel experience was pretty basic for the cost and all the additional hidden fees. The cost for breakfast at the onsite milestones was high for the very basic buffet and it was scorching hot in the full glass room. Overall - no complaints per se, just very expensive for what was offered.

View from room was great. Room seemed older but it was adequate. Small mini frig sat on the floor with a little coffee pot on top. Not very appealing. Parking was $45. A day in an unsecured parking lot. WiFi was not free. The concierge was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good for evening meal.

The hotel is closest to the Horseshoe or the Canadian Falls. There is a lot of walking but that seems to be the norm for this tourist area.

We have a Fallsview room and the views were amazing! Parking was difficult at times and we went in an offseason. For the price I feel like WiFi could’ve been included in room but it was an extra $15.95/day. Overall great hotel and would stay again.

Our hotel room was nice and clean paid for a view of the falls, which I got but wish I would’ve been up higher it was a limited view because we were on the 3rd floor. Not sure that I would have paid the extra money had I known this. But overall very nice
