Very pricey for an outdated Hilton Garden. Furniture and rugs were worn and stained. The bed was old and incomfortable. Lampshades were damaged. On arrival, the floor in our room was dirty. There was a spill left from previous traveler, and they said they couldn’t come clean it until morning and then never did. Housekeeping came just as we were nearly ready to leave for an event. I told her two minutes and it was all hers. She refuse and I was handed fresh towels during our interaction. Our room was never cleaned the entire 3 day stay. On a positive note, the location was the perfect and the servers for breakfast were a blast.

Not great and way overpriced.
Generally the hotel is fairly old and dated. The furniture has seen better days...The beds were of dubious cleanliness. The pool is a very sad one located in the basement. Really the big issue is that for close to USD400 in Buffalo, I expected more...quite a bit more.
