Great location for sightseeing. All of the hotel team were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The beds in our double queen signature room were very comfortable, but the heating unit made dreadful noises so we had to unplug it at night. The room would have benefited from a table/desk and chair, but there was plenty of space for cases and a sofa. The bathroom decor was stylish, the room was very small, but adequate. We used the breakfast vouchers at Carve diner on the corner of the street, which had a decent range of options. We also ate at Friedman’s restaurant for the Gayles Broadway Rose show, which was really fun and the food was nice. All in all a good hotel in a great location and nicely styled.

Absolute loved everything at this hotel, location, cleanliness, staff and facilities. Would definitely stay here anytime we are in New York. Loved the pick up and go breakfast idea.

The property has outdoor construction however it never caused any problem with our stay. The entire staff we encountered especially Erik (key check to elevators) & Ms Lily (17th floor) were outstanding! The jazz band upon checking in was spectacular!
