me and my partner booked the hotel last minute the staff were brilliant and friendly i definitely would stay here agian its close to the town the beach and the gaiety theater all round the hotel was brilliant the food was excellent also the breakfast was good..

Very friendly staff in this tired looking hotel. Not much immediately nearby, unless you enjoy sound of seagulls in morning or local kids driving their loud toy cars at night.

The staff are so welcoming and happy to help. The room comfortable and the breakfast has plenty to choose from. So central in location for beach, river walk and shopping. Enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for next year.

Room 651 had a poor airflow wihout opening the windows. In addition, the fan in the bathroom was not functioning. Reported this to receptionist, who said she would ask one of the maintenance team to look at it. They obiously had because they had fixed the toilet roll holder which was loose. Met requirements for the stay and quality of service was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Disappointed with bathroom shower as I was unable to operate it. That apart I feel that the stay was positive.
