Hotel was very clean Only negative I have is when checking out the guy at reception ran out after me saying I had an outstanding bill! Which I hadn’t When I went back in there’s was a girl on reception who checked and I was correct Guy said he doesn’t usually do reception and wasn’t sure what to do Maybe best to have only fully trained staff at reception to prevent this happening to anyone else

me and my partner booked the hotel last minute the staff were brilliant and friendly i definitely would stay here agian its close to the town the beach and the gaiety theater all round the hotel was brilliant the food was excellent also the breakfast was good..

The staff are so welcoming and happy to help. The room comfortable and the breakfast has plenty to choose from. So central in location for beach, river walk and shopping. Enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for next year.

Room 651 had a poor airflow wihout opening the windows. In addition, the fan in the bathroom was not functioning. Reported this to receptionist, who said she would ask one of the maintenance team to look at it. They obiously had because they had fixed the toilet roll holder which was loose.
