This property is incredibly rundown and the hidden fees will eat you alive. We checked in at 5:30 PM on Saturday and checked out at 9:30 AM on Monday. The cost to park our car for less than 20 hours was $204. We also had a facility fee of $35 each day and tax on all of these items. The advertise rate was $250 per night for our room, but it cost us almost $975 for two days! Be aware when you book this hotel that you will not get luxurious amenities and you will be charged all kinds of fees that almost double the price of the room .

Hotel is nice and clean , i did not like the fact the at check in the room was ready ( about 2 hours before the scheduled check in ) but if you want to go into the room you have to pay 50.00 $ ... The room was clean but the shower is so tinny that I can barely stay inside

Very disappointed
Ut was terrible. When I arrived at the hotel around 3L15pm for check-in, there was strike of employees and there was a long line. After 1 hour waiting, I couldn't check-in and they only told me to wait. If check was not available, they should have announced earlier not to wait 1 hour. I have stayed for 3 nights and they didn't clean the room. I had to ask employee and picked up new towels by myself. There wasn't any compesation for this inconvenience.

The rooms are TINY. Bathrooms are so small that you have to shower sideways to fit in the shower. The staff went on a strike and we had no housekeeping for a whole week. The hotel did NOT compensate us for the strike! During the strike the toilet flooded and no one would clean it for days! How disgusting! We had no bring our own towels from the front desk and carry our own luggage in a 5 star hotel! No free breakfast was given or even complementary late checkout! The staff were so rude! I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any Hilton ever again

I want to start off by saying horrible… I would recommend a motel over this place. To start off the wait was 30-45 minutes to check in. The room was small but I did not care due to not planning on being in it while visiting. The location is great and I expected due to price the service would be just as good. I was quickly proven wrong. I have worked in customer service and know when there’s lack of management. The wait for a Boston cream pie one night and drink another was easily 45 minutes. The icing on the cake was the house keeping. Not once in my 4 nights did my room get attended to. And every evening I had to go into the housekeeping carts and take a clean towel, besides the last night. On the last night I was unable to find a cart so I decided to talk with the receptionist about how my stay was and asked for some one to clean my room. They unfortunately didn’t have anyone at the time (5:40 pm) so I offered to change the sheets myself and asked for new towels as well. After I had dinner down the street I came back to find a rollaway bed shoved into the small room (idk how it would have been able to fit horizontally in the room) but not towels or sheets for the bed. At this time all I wanted to do is shower and go to bed due to an early flight, so I push the rollaway bed into the hallway and go downstairs to ask once again for at least a towel to shower with. They then told me they would put another request for it to be brought to my room. Half an hour goes by and nothing
