The hotel very close to the central station and the metro, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring Madrid. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the air conditioning, which wasn't working properly. Fortunately, it was windy during my stay, so I could open the window for some fresh air. However, if it had been warmer, the lack of functional AC would have been a significant issue.

I had water leak in the bathroom that woke me up 4:30 in morning and changing the room after that was not smooth at all. The Hotel staff wanted to charge me for airport transportation two or three times of the normal fee … telling that they are no mini bus transfer to the airport

Dated, falling apart. AC not working, had to call concierge several times for someone to come and fix it, only for the same issue to happen again the next day. The area around the hotel is not maintained and difficult to walk to public transit with a rolling suitcase. Only positive is the good breakfast buffet.

The location is great, close to many shopping places and good resturants and Marina. The staff and adminestration are perfect, They all speak English very well. The breakfast was perfect. The doors and tiolets of some rooms need fixation and renovation. . I recomend this hotel
