"Everything was good. Excellent service in the breakfast, the servers were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, and the hotel in general was very elegant and nice. The smell in the hotel with the candles and the candy station was so nice and sweet for the season. The only thing I found is that some of the staff at the reception were kind of rude sometimes and sarcastic, but only some of the team the other part was amazing and very polite and helpful during check out. "This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. The staff was lovely and the restaurant had a lot of options on offer for all meals.one of the best burgers I've had and pheasant breast and the beef stew thingy was yum. Will go back if I can again. Great experience"
