"This is a nice new facility in the Algona area. Friendly check-in, even though we were late. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. At 7:15 this morning the people on the next room began talking. This was in a normal conversational tone, nothing being shouted. It sounded lke they were in the room with us. It made me wonder what it sounded like when we were watching the end of the Houston-Duke game at 11."

"This lovely 1870s home has been masterfully preserved and I was even able to hear quite a bit about the homes history which is so much fun! The house is spacious offering all the comforts necessary to really rest and relax but also 23 minutes from The shrine of the Grotto of the redemption if you're looking for adventure. The hosts were some of the kindest folks, most accommodating! "

"I've traveled to Algona before and stayed in the hotels, which were nice, but this stay was my favorite so far. The home is close to everything in town. It has a very charming feel and very comfortable to hang out with family. The host is very proactive and helpful with anything you need. The house is well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again if I ever came to Algona. And probably one of the best reasons to stay here is the garage if you were here during the very hot or very cold months, your car will stay in a very nice clean environment and you'll never be scraping ice or snow off the windshield.. The neighborhood is very quiet. I can't say enough good things about this VRBO. "
