To break things down 1) location - there are so many coffee shops, rooftop bars, restaurants, spas, malls, night markets in the area all within walkable distance 2) facilities - everything is great quality and lots of small but noticeable details that make the experience beyond just good. Our favourites were the gym (ginger juicy and cold eucalyptus cold towels). The pool, with fun floaties, great view, and fun regular events like the ice plunge and the sun chasers pool party 3) W restaurants - tipsy cow and the house of suthorn were our favourites in the area. The W breakfast is a must try 4) staff - put in a ton of effort to go above and beyond, and accommodated multiple requests we had during our stay. Friendly and helpful. "
