The check-in was very slow. Was at the lobby for a long time before we could get our rooms. The access cards kept giving problems. Over my stay of 5 days, we had to go to the lobby counter countless of times to reconfigurate our access cards which couldnt open the hotel doors.

Staff members were courteous however was not very on top of helping when there was an actual issue. This issue being the noise of kids running up and down the hallway early morning and in the evening, and also people screaming and banging upstairs.

Fantastic Hotel
Room was beautiful. It was clean and serviced every day. The big bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Lots of storage space for your belongings. The staff at Reception are amazing and very friendly and helpful (Pattie) and the lobby bar staff (Fuse, Bovy and Nune) are fabulous and will help with your drinks and fabulous bar snacks. Highly recommended. Will go back

Good location for shopping
Great location if you love shopping. Breakfast offerings are amazing from freshly cooked Vietnamese pho, through to Indian curries and normal eggs and additions could not fault. Lots of street food options outside and also massage places.

Over all, our stay with Amari was great. It was close to everything. Shopping, dining, and anywhere you want to go. The breakfast buffet was superb with a lot of choices. I would come back again here to stay.

Wi-Fi not working, kept disconnected, and kept prompting us to re-login to the Wi-Fi which was not even working/stable, which was quite inconvenient and annoying. On the first day of our stay, there was no body wash in the dispenser, which is quite disappointing for a five-star hotel. Even though the service was good, but the facilities are very old. The gym equipment is dated. The elevator system seems to be modern and safe, but it can be “smarter”. During peak hours, the elevator system created inconvenience, as you will need to re-tap the card and reselect the floor on the touch screen again and again every time the lift is full and you can only wait for the next one.
