Only a one night stay this time. But as usual the check in and luggage handling excellent. All people very helpful. My room safe wasn't working, due to the battery expiring. But the staff were quick and efficient in resolving.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room had a nice view of the city. I liked the fact that it is connected to a mall, it made it easy to pick up essentials and get food. As there are not alot of options within walking distance, and its a little far from alot of attractions. It is close to public transportation though. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'm bummed that I didnt have time to enjoy the pool area but I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

Beautiful venue. Food is excellent. Staff is amazing and very caring, and friendly. All staff was great. The hotel smelled amazing in lobby. It was nice. Only thing bad is the construction noise late at night. Hard to sleep but bed is very comfortable. The mall is connected to the hotel, which was great. Overall, excellent. I would stay here again.
