Just returned from a 5 night stay over New Years eve. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, 15,18,19 years old. Pros: They had a DJ and fireworks around the pool for New years. There was an option of purchasing a table and bottle service but we didn't opt for that. Plenty of things to do in the evenings. Show every night at 7:30 and then always music of some kind in the lobby and then DJ or something in the sports bar. Clean, newer hotel. Great size. Not too big that you have to hike everywhere but large enough to make it interesting. We never ate at the buffet, we either ordered room service, ordered food by the pool or ate at one of the restaurants. Everything we had was good. I appreciate to having to make reservations for the restaurants. Tip: 6:00 you will be seated right away, after that you get a pager and it's about an hour to 1.5 hour wait. If you want to eat at 7:30 grab a pager at 6:30. Staff was fantastic! Special shout out to Oscar in the preferred club pool area. He was amazing. He kept our drinks full and water cold! He made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. Another special shout out to Damian in the preferred club pool. Our daughter turned 18 while we were there and he did a huge happy birthday sign in sand, they brought her a cake and champagne glasses for a toast. They really made her feel special. Cons: Need more beach chairs!!! There's hardly any. Also need more tubes for the lazy river.

The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Damian at the preferred pool went above and beyond for our family and Santiago at Desires bar was very friendly and made sure everyone had a good time. Definitely recommend Dreams Natura for a family vacation!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Dreams Natura. The resort is perfect if you’re looking for a nice small cozy place. Beach was good if you have kids who love to play in the sand…not the greatest in terms of swimming as the water is quite murky. If you want blue clear water then stay at a different resort. Food was great…minus Dinner Buffet…not many edible options. But you can get at at any other restaurant for dinner without needing reservations. Be prepared to wait though as most are pretty full. Breakfast and Lunch were a HIT! Waterslides were fun! We loved the lazy river…especially since the water was always so warm!

I had low expectations after reading recent reviews but boy were they wrong. Our experience was incredible! Yes- the hallways smell like mildew, but that is common in places with high humidity. The rooms do not smell, nor did any other common areas. Yes- the ocean is brown, Mexico is not known for their crystal blue waters. Yes- you must make dinner reservations for certain restaurants. This is no different than any restaurant is USA that’s in high demand. Yes- it can take a while to get poolside drinks. Order 2 at a time or go to the bar. Do not expect to get right into the Asian restaurant or El Patio during dinner rush, plan ahead and put name on waiting list. All the food was delicious. If I didn’t like something, I sat it aside and ordered something different. Yes- they ask you to do a timeshare presentation and yes it ran over their 90 min… but they accepted our no. The ONLY thing I would say is wish I had a different experience with, is the spa. They alluded that my 50 min massage came with waterways, but my daughter couldn’t use them because she wasn’t 16. Only to find out the waterway (which is only a hydro massage chair) was not included unless we did an 80 min massage. I also felt like the prices were extremely steep considering it's just a basic massage. Overall, I was very pleased with the daily activities and many other things the resort had to offer. I would def recommend this resort to others.

Compact resort with lots of things to do for kids. My kids had a blast and it allowed for them to have increments of freedom being so close in proximity. Hyatt needs to invest into some cosmetic repairs from the natural wear and tear.
