Small, condensed resort. Resort was very busy and crowded. We were only there a few nights. Any issues with the hotel/room itself were resolved very quickly. Most issues were due to it just being too crowded. Shows in the lobby were hard to see as they don’t really have enough seating so guests would rudely stand blocking the view of everybody behind them. Seating on pool deck was not enough and everyone gets up early to reserve pool chairs. Better get out to the pool before breakfast if you want a seat. Slides and skycoaster were fun. Not much for an 11 year old to do other than sand volleyball or beach soccer. Beach is not good but we kinda knew that going in. Probably a better resort for families with younger children.

The food was great along with the service and amnesties. The only complaint I would have is the beach was a red flag day most days and the water was reddish brown. Obviously that is not in the resort’s control.

Dreams natura is a good place to vacation. The beach was ok. Very brown and allot of seaweed. The atm unfortunately was down and you can take out minium 50 usd but you're charged 9.50 i believe. Other then that everything was good. I would stay again

All inclusive except the Spa and convenience store. Very secure place on how people are checked in. Very fun and quite lively place. Multiple dining options but the Asian cuisine wasn’t all that great. Oceana was a great option, if you don’t like them, there’s always the buffet! Staff were very friendly and always offered to help. Make sure to check out the event/activity times. Activities that I enjoyed were the pool group dancing, silent disco and live music.

The food was awful. The music was blasting until 11 every night. Had bed bugs the last 2 nights. Couldn’t go on beach because of crocodiles. Don’t waste your money.

I came here for a solo R&R trip and because I was alone, it felt like I got less attention and service from the staff. Additionally, the food options for room service and World Cafe are severely lacking and mediocre quality. Preferred club is the only way to go here in my opinion. The steak at Bluegrill and Bordeaux were excellent. The spa is a must experience. Tony gave me an amazing deep tissue and facial. While the trip was not a bust, I likely wouldn’t come here a second time. I would definitely visit the spa again though!
