Variety of food and drinks, at any time of the day and night. The 3 restaurants with a dinner reservation are always booked, and let’s only 1 or 2 time slats usually late like 9pm, or later. The only minus is that there is not enough chairs by the pools, you have to get up really early to claim a chair for yourself and your family or friends. We rented a cabana at south and north pool. The service by South pool was excellent!!!!! Especially Pedro was a great one. At the North pool they ignored our reservation till almost 11 am, I asked a multiple waiters about ice, water and complementary drinks. Eventually we received it all but if you consider cabanas, choose the one by south pool. South side is quieter, north side is louder with more activities for kids and adults. We enjoy the pool valleyball, and aqua aerobics. But the music it’s being played wright behind cabana nr 8, so if you want a great view of the ocean you’ll get it , but at the cost of loud music! We got the 2 queen bedroom. Beds were comfortable, but there is no privacy in the bathroom. The bathroom walls are completely made of glass which leaves you with a total lack of privacy outside of the toilet and shower which are the only concealed parts of the bathroom. And be careful, if the lights are dimmed, you can’t see the glass, I walked into it twice, hitting my head really hard. On tv there is nothing to watch, like we wanted to watch a move or something at the evening. Overall it was ok!

My wife, son, and I stayed at the Hilton Cancun all inclusive arriving 12/10/24 and left on 12/17/24. Upon arrival we were asked if we would like to "upgrade our room" which I qgreed to do. Entering the room it was very dirty with crumbs in the bed and a dirty floor. They came to mop the floor after I complained but they would not come clean unless I went down and complained. the first time after initial arrival that I asked for the room to be cleaned they said that it would be done but nobody ever came. We noticed that the air conditioner would not stop running and we were freezing in the room. The first full day we took my 2 year old son to the daycare area and were told that they did not accept children that young. There went my vacation with my wife. They mention a daycare center and do not mention the age restriction. I would have gone to another resort had I known. Every day when we went to eat the food was always mediocre and always cold at the buffet. We figured out why this was happening when we were getting ready to leave and we saw them putting the food outside on the trays at 6am which is before anybody was going to eat. The worst came when my wife asked a kitchen person if a particular pastry had nuts in it (because my wife is allergic to nuts) and he said NO. My wife got extremely sick and later found out from someone else in the kitchen that there were indeed nuts in that pastry. When my wife got sick and they had the house doctor come to our room

The facilities and the stay was wonderful. Everyone was so pleasant and nice. I only wish the food options were a little better. They took allergy notes when entering but not much was done on the buffet end to ensure that allergies were being accommodated

Too far off the the strip. Very inconvenient to get a taxi. Worst staff and customer experience ever in cancun. All the staffs are just waiting and asking for tips every 5 seconds. Food is awful and limited that requires reservation everyday.

The service was amazing. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly and professional. The food was good, I would definitely recommend eating at the Italian restaurant and the taco truck. The drinks however were not strong, you could order double or triple shots but it seemed like they were just watered down. The hotel is beautiful and I really enjoyed that there was a private beach. There were a lot of families there, it's not really a party place. It was a little more challenging to get transportation because they don't allow uber to enter. They will order a taxi for you (which will be overpriced) or you can use one of the 3 apps they approve. Overall, I will definitely be returning to this property and I really enjoyed my stay.
