My wife, son, and I stayed at the Hilton Cancun all inclusive arriving 12/10/24 and left on 12/17/24. Upon arrival we were asked if we would like to "upgrade our room" which I qgreed to do. Entering the room it was very dirty with crumbs in the bed and a dirty floor. They came to mop the floor after I complained but they would not come clean unless I went down and complained. the first time after initial arrival that I asked for the room to be cleaned they said that it would be done but nobody ever came. We noticed that the air conditioner would not stop running and we were freezing in the room. The first full day we took my 2 year old son to the daycare area and were told that they did not accept children that young. There went my vacation with my wife. They mention a daycare center and do not mention the age restriction. I would have gone to another resort had I known. Every day when we went to eat the food was always mediocre and always cold at the buffet. We figured out why this was happening when we were getting ready to leave and we saw them putting the food outside on the trays at 6am which is before anybody was going to eat. The worst came when my wife asked a kitchen person if a particular pastry had nuts in it (because my wife is allergic to nuts) and he said NO. My wife got extremely sick and later found out from someone else in the kitchen that there were indeed nuts in that pastry. When my wife got sick and they had the house doctor come to our room

This trip was a surprise birthday gift for my wife, it really was the best investment I have ever made, from the first moment you arrive at the hotel they make you feel VIP, the check-in desk staff was super friendly, cordial and very professional, there really aren't enough adjectives to describe each and every one of the staff that we interacted with during the 3 days that we were on vacation, excellent location, just 20 minutes from the Cancun airport, the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities were excellent, the food, whether it was at the buffets, room service or in the restaurants, all were excellent, we will definitely be back but this time with the whole family so they can enjoy this wonderful experience.

I loved it! Family friendly, and away from the hustle and bustle-I was traveling with my husband and 1 year old. We chose this because we planned to stay on the resort- this was a 4 night getaway to reset before the holidays. Great food/ restaurants and everyone was nice. The adult and kids pool were perfect my daughter had SO much fun. I enjoyed the wristband key card, and have been raving about it-so smart and convenient. The style and design is modern and sleek, very classy yet the price is attainable. We were happy to celebrate our 1st year of parenting here-and would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful, isolated, new property that was built only 3 years ago. It is family friendly with a kid's pool with slides, Kids Club and activities, and a few yards from the warm beach. The service and quality of meals was excellent especially at Maxal and Sunan. The variety of dining options and flexibility for 24-7 room service was incredible. The gym was nice and modern and clean with extensive equipment. There are two nice infinity pools also overlooking the ocean. Bars and drinks are everywhere and they will bring your drinks poolside. Churros and ice cream are available and a big hit with the kids. We loved our week there with 4 children, ages 9mo to 5 years old! We had adult time also after they went to sleep and enjoyed the reserved dinners and bustling lobby bar area!

5 stars hotel . The property is good and newer ,staff are good and service is good . Food is excellent . Upgrading to ocean front cost me $60 USD a night which was a pain . Usually when I go to all inclusive if there is available room they upgrade for fee . Late check policy is $50 per hour. It was safe in the hotel But the only thing we were worth was the area outside the hotel towards the city we could not walk because it is lagoons and alligators and other animals living there . You can walk on the beach for a km only . Overall we had a good experience just the location of the hotel no so great .

Very good all inclusive option in Cancun. Very strange experience when the hotel did not have tekila and mezcal anywhere. In Mexico is hard to believe that. It was one night.

It’s our second time staying here. Overall wonderful hotel. Alexis at the maxal restaurant was exceptional. I’ve never met anyone so attentive and courteous 👍👍👍

We had a wonderful time at Hilton . The staff ate amazing . Roberto is top manager ! Christian’s and Vianey are a wonderful concierges ! You guys should give them a better positions.
