Ultra convenient airport hotel in Bangkok
An unbelievably convenient hotel if one has early or late journeys at Bangkok Free shuttle from exit 4 or take AC tunnel at city express train exit, 7. No problem taking airport trolleys which are free. From airport there is an entrance to the tunnel just next to reception. Walking with a trolley takes 10 minutes Hotel is not particularly cheap but rooms and comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a good pool too. Food in restaurants is excellent but again not particularly cheap. If this is a big issue simply walk to the airport where there are numerous cheap, sit down but street food places. Lots of FX places at the airport end of the tunnel which give particularly good rates

This is one of the nicest five star hotels you can stay in in Bangkok. The staff is remarkable. The rooms are beautiful. The service is incredible. Rooms are reserved on a 24 hour basis so check out can be as late as you want, depending upon your check in time. Convenience to the airport is unmatched with a courtesy shuttle And professional drivers who will even help you to the gate with your bags. We had 10 bags to check and three Bellman came with us to the airport to help us with our bags. Thank you, Novotel. A plus plus plus

This hotel gets more disappointing every time I stay. The rooms are old and dated, the carpet is dirty, showers drains always block up. There are no usb charging points and the power points near the bed are hard to get too. It’s now a 2 or 3 star hotel that relies on the fact it’s the only option at the airport. The pork ribs I ordered were the worst I have ever eaten. A cooked shoe would have been more tender. I asked at check in to link my membership number to my room number for dining and they told me to do it myself; I lost the number years ago so couldn’t do it myself ( too bad, not her problem).

Great for a stay before an early morning flight out of BKK - comfortable bed, comfortable room (altho a little dated) and decent food options - 24/7 check in policy whereby you can check in whatever time you want and stay 24hrs from then, is excellent!
