La recepcionista Barbara provee con mal servicio
He estado en miles de hoteles y este es uno de los peores, especialmente por el servicio. No parece un hotel 4 estrellas. La recepcionista es mala con los clientes, no entiende inglés y les grita a los clientes. Hizo eso conmigo y mi esposo y con otra persona que vino a preguntarle algo después de nosotros. El peor servicio. El hotel físicamente está bien, es más que nada el servicio de la recepcionista. Ella no entiende inglés. Mi esposo le preguntó algo en inglés porque él no habla español y ella le entendió otra cosa y dio una mala información que nos hizo perder el shuttle y en vez de disculparse nos gritó y dijo “espérense o tomen un taxi” I have been to thousands of hotels and this is one of the worst, especially for the service. It does not look like a 4 star hotel. The receptionist is is bad with the clients, she does not understand English and she yells at the clients. She did that with me and my husband and with another person who came to ask her something after us. The worst service. The hotel is physically fine, it is more than anything the service of the receptionist. She does not understand English. My husband asked her something in English because he does not speak Spanish and she understood something else and gave us bad information that made us miss the shuttle and instead of apologizing she yelled at us and said “wait or take a taxi”

Well, to start our room was a joint room,(not what we booked for months ago) inconveniently, located across from the elevators single door and the minute we walked in you could hear their TV and them talking and not loudly. And the room was so hot luckily their window does open. Tried the AC and didn’t work so we called down and said they turned it off because it’s winter. Then, later on in the evening, the noise in the hallway started from about 9 PM to about midnight and the people in the adjoined room came back and we could hear them and then in the morning we could actually hear their alarm go off. Beds were extremely firm/hard, bathroom had no face cloths just one hand towel. The only reason you’d wanna stay here is the convenience of shuttle bus to the airport.

Handy for the airport
Good option for the airport especially as it has a free shuttle which takes about 15 mins . Its located in basically a shopping area and has a McDonalds ,a Burger King ,an Americn Diner as well as a couple of "local restuarants close by . The hotel itself has a spa and gym which were good and it also has a bar and restuarant which dies both A La Carte and buffet style . I ate there and the food was decent . Good size rooms with massive beds ( at least super king ) Not a great place to stay for tourists looking to tour Barcelona as there are many more central - but if you are looking for a reasonably priced decent " airport hotel" this is a good choice

Getting to shopping was not an option and, thankfully, we didn't want to shop. Also, no great restaurants within walking distance. We ate at the hotel which was just fine. Also, only transportation option was a taxi since they are far from everything else. Luckily, we didn't want to go anywhere. We certainly appreciate the shuttle to the airport!!!!!!!!!!

Accommodating staff.
Wonderful place but for me as a person who has asthma i struggled to get away from heavily scented areas. Beds were very firm. The menu wasn’t Canadian friendly. So expect food to look back at you and things like beef entrails on the menu.

Everything about the hotel is beautiful. My only complaint was that there were two buses full checking in and there was only one staff. She worked really hard and quickly but there was a supervisor standing behind and he couldn’t be bothered to lend a hand and help her out and process all these people wanting to go to their rooms. They know that these buses are coming. They should make arrangements for sufficient staff to handle the onslaught.
