The hotel staff is awesome, all were very helpful. The room was clean, lovely and well stocked. There is a nice large shared space to work or socialize. It was very easy to get to the airport on their free shuttle. It is in a more commercial area so it is not walkable to city center but it is close to metro for quick access.

Upon arrival, the appearance of the property is disconcerting. It is not an attractive building. The lobby, however, is very impressive. The effect of the expansive lobby with its sleek style was ruined with a smell reminiscent of sewage. The smell did not extend into our suite, but it was disconcerting. The staff members at the desk were welcoming and helpful. Our registration process was very pleasant. The hallway leading to our room was dark, probably because it was a cloudy day and the only lighting appeared to be coming from the small, narrow windows in hallway. The suite was wonderful. A minimalistic style that accentuated the height of the ceilings and the impressive picture windows. The only problem I had with the suite was the toilet. For a tall senior citizen, with poor legs, the toilet was extremely low. The installation of assistance rails would have been greatly appreciated. It should also be noted that the toilet did not seem to have been strongly anchored to its foundation or the floor. In other words, it rocked when I sat down! We still enjoyed our time at your hotel and greatly appreciate your wonderful staff who ensured our feeling welcomed into their facility.

We were only here for a night, it was before you fly back to our home country. The shuttle was a bit late in picking us up at the airport, we needed to call their front desk to let them know that we have been waiting at the pick up location for 20minutes. Check in was great and staff was very helpful in flagging a cab. Lobby has a wow factor to it and very clean.
