I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. She denied to sell the fruit salad and the ice cream together because I said I will put the ice cream on the top of the salad. I went to the lobby since they told me she could authorize and because an interphone was debited, and the lady at the lobby didn't know the exact reason for that absurd rule and made a phone call to ask. No really a good explanation was given, taking in count I could go to the supermarket to get me an icecream with me to my room "
