There are cockroaches running around kitchen and bathroom. There is a mall at the base of the property but most of the shops are closed.

Apartment and bedding are very nice. So is the gym. Near American fastfood, but otherwise pretty isolated. Company was responsive. Internet went down frequently. Plenty of hot water, good refrigerator and air con. No bugs.

Perfect place for family stay in Batam
We love our stay here. The apartement is clean, big enough and new. The view is great as directly toward Batam center port. Within walk distance to get McD, kfc, JCO, etc. They prepare the bed, towel and shower stuff to accomodate all 6 of us.The bed is quite comfy. Overall, we would stay here again.

The scenery outside the window is good. The doorman was also very polite and helpful. However, there seems to have some tiny worms on the toilet floor, but not sure if its due to the floor trap.
