Property was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful, but the staff definitely got less stars because a lot of them they don’t speak good English and specially in the buffet area. The staff is terrible. They take your order and they never come back so on our last day I had to call this guy and tell him about it and then he started speaking perfect English he said OK ma’am I’m sorry about that and today you will have A1 service. Not sure what that meant but that day we did get A1 service. My daughter was pregnant and she was having difficulty sitting in the chair so she asked the waiter for a cushion and he just did not understand what she was asking for finally after asking a few other people we did get the cushion, but it was frustratingStaff in all the service areas definitely need a lot of training.

Generally we had a good experience. There were some things in our room. Jets on tub didn’t work and the bathroom had a bad smell the last couple days. Food was good with several attractive options! Good value for the price.

Really nice resort. It kind of felt like a good middle ground of all things: fancy, but still affordable; big, but not huge; fun, but not a party resort. The food was well above average for resort food, although it still wasn't phenomenal. However, that was more than made up for because they had really great, fresh tacos available at what seemed like every turn. Of note, not every restraunt is open every night and the schedule is a bit confusing, so if you want to try a restraunt, don't put it off. The adults only pool was really nice and quiet, although a little small. Best part was definitely the staff. Incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help you. If there was any shortcoming in the resort, the quality of the staff more than made up for it.

Property is one of the best properties we have ever been to, for an all inclusive resort. The Property is immaculate. The restaurants are great. Excellent Family Friendly All Inclusive

I have been to a couple all inclusives in the past but this was the first time going with a 1.5 year old, and to San Jose Del Cabo. After some research we landed on the Hyatt Ziva. We could not have been more pleased with our decision. First and foremost the staff was incredible. Everyone was super friendly and extremely attentive to our needs. To me the staff made me feel like a guest in their own home. The food topped my expectations. The food was good to very good and there were plenty of options for adults and kids. The drinks could be hit or miss, it all depended on who was making them. As far as the construction, it really wasn’t all that bad. The area it was most noticeable was around the kids pool but it’s a kids pool, it’s not quiet there to begin with. Most people with kids, including us just used the main pool where they had a not so hot tub for kids. My only complaint is that there was no insulation around the room doors. You could hear everyone walking and talking within 20 yards of your room. Other than that, I would highly recommend this resort. I would like to give a shout out to Alan and Cinthia at the Sports Bar, Carlos and Lupita at the Martini Bar, Miguel and Alejandro who are servers at the main pool, Alex and Margarito at restaurant Cortez, Anna at the French restaurant, and everyone else I’m forgetting. Thank you all for your hospitality!

First time staying at Cabo San Lucas and they made the stay a great experience! The staff is very attentive, friendly and in great spirits. Apart of being all inclusive, all the dining experience and food was wonderful. From the Asian cuisine to the Italian restaurant- they had authentic pizzas - they do NOT disappoint. I would come back to this resort in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

Overall, every single person at the resort was great. Whoever is in charge of the staff is instilling a terrific message of client service, attentiveness, friendliness and going above and beyond. Especially notable staff include: - Carlos - French restaurant (definitely went above and beyond) - Pedro - adult pool waiter (super attentive) - Alberto - suitcase valet (very welcoming and friendly) were beauabsolutely immaculate One improvement - the rooms could be updated, especially the bathrooms. Very little “privacy” in the toilet area with the glass doors that don’t go the ceiling.

Wil not book this property or use Expedia for any bookings in the future. My flight was cancelled twice due to weather conditions, we never made it to the property. Expedia says they cancelled and I should have had a follow up 24-48 hrs .I gave them a week & called back, now neither will issue a refund. So both hotel and Expedia are responsible for less than stellar reviews!

Food was good, had bit of issue with hot water on the property but it was taken care of quick. Pool water was colder than we thought since we picked this resort because it was showing heated but it wasnt, spent most of the time in the hot tub. Everyone was nice!
