Everything was great, except for the fact that we went during the time of them remodeling the hotel, a lot of the restaurants were closed, the piano bar was gone and if we were in our rooms during the day we heard nothing but construction going on across from us. I'm sure it will be back to it's original beautiful hotel, we just went at a bad time.

The property is beautiful and the staff is absolutely lovely. Even though there was ongoing construction, we had a great trip. We were warned about the construction ahead of time and found that the adult pool was the perfect sanctuary. It’s off-season so it makes sense that they are doing the property upkeep!

Nice property excluding the current renovations that is currently under going. Furniture needs some updates. Xochiti and carlos were amazing providing exceptional customer service. They listened to the customers and went above/beyond their duties. Lizet, our yoga and aquatic instructor was also amazing. Well organized programs for all fitness levels.

Best resort I’ve stayed in Mexico by far ! Hospitality was the best I have ever came by! At the Plaza buffet, you have to see Ricardo, Arnolfo, Jose, Christina, and Jair! Best hospitality EVER!! We felt welcomed from the first day we got there, up to the very last few hours we had. We didn’t want to leave! Saul and Alfredo at the infinity pool gave us such great service ! And let’s not forget about Roberto and his companion (I forgot her name😭) great program organizers that made activities fun and exciting to enjoy and be a part of! We will definitely be returning when we come back to Cabo next year!

Hotel was great although we were not advised that there was going to be construction and the kids water park would be closed. Construction noise was not too bad, but we had small kids in our party and the kids park is why we booked this hotel. Other than that, the food was good and most of the staff were awesome. We were comped a cabana for the kids pool inconveniences, but were treated differently simply because we were comped and not a paying customer for the cabana.

We truly had an amazing experience here. The staff was beyond anything I’ve ever had for service. They were so attentive and so kind. I met many staff members that I regularly saw around the property that aways were helpful and happy. Antonio the bell boy we had was great. Miguel one of the activity directors was amazing. Paula hosting activities we attended did an amazing job as well! We had Mario and Oliber for our server in the buffet and we were excited to go say hi in the mornings to them! Property was gorgeous. Construction was noticeable but did not ruin our trip by any means. All of the restaurants were amazing. Incredible food!!! The shows were great. I will be coming back to visit again without a doubt. 10 out of 10. I was blown away.

The staff was amazing, the food and service as well. We had a great stay, the only inconvenience is that we came during remodeling and our room had a few issues, the shower drain wasn’t working properly and the jets in the bathtub didn’t work as well. The rooms in general do need to be updated i would say their current condition is a 8/10. Overall we had a great stay and we would come back in the future, when the remodeling is completed.

All inclusive services were no where to find or delayed services, very delayed services, you have to wait for hours. Waiters who seek tips and gratuities are all hovering around you!!! Hotel employees behind the counters were rude, miss informed or Expedia miss informed. Paid for butler and cabana on the water. No service was provided. They wanted extra $150.00 per day!!!!!! Construction delays, excessive noice and no power at nights next to the construction wing of the hotel. DO NOT BUY ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES FROM EXPEDIA FOR THIS HOTEL.

Amazing!! Food was great, from the buffets to the fine dining options. Delicious. The staff was amazing. Super helpful, extremely polite, respectful, can't describe how happy we were with our stay. There was a Grease musical production, it was great. The entertainment crew from Miguel, Paola, the whole team was super great. Hope to be able to visit again in the near future.

Everything was amazing, definitely enjoyed our honeymoon stay at this hotel, the entertainment, the food, the staff, everything! Definitely recommend & will definitely come back

The room we were in was beautiful as was the view to the ocean. Too bad we couldn't hear it due to the constant sounds of construction going on from 7:00am to 6:00pm. When we booked this hotel on Expedia, the overview tab said that there were temporary closures but didn't explain why. Thinking it was due to being off season I didn't worry about it. Now that I contacted Expedia about it, they said I should have clicked on the policies tab. In there, it would have told me there were renovations going on. Why not show that on the overview tab? Other than that The property is beautiful & will probably be even better once all of the renovations are done. The pool & beach very clean & plenty of seating. BUT cabanas are not included. They are an additional charge. The restaurants & food options are amazing THOUGH each restaurant is not open every night. Does not tell you that on Expedia or on the Hyatt site. We almost missed out on our French dinner since it was only open 1 night during our stay. We had to juggle our sunset cruise excursion so that we could go to Bon Vivant. Worth the juggle. Also, not all food items (lobster or tomahawk steak) or beverages (better wines or tequila) are included. Customer service amazing. Everyone so friendly & helpful. My husband & I are planning on returning but we will not book it through Expedia. We will book direct so that if there is anything going on that may impede on the perfect vacation, I am sure they will tell us up front.
