We celebrated our 15. anniversary at the Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised about the room/view/staff/ different options for restaurants, plus the all inclusive service made our stay so much more enjoyable. The constant availability to get water bottles to stay hydrated all day was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. The only downside was the construction at the Hotel itself during our stay. The upside for that was that we felt like almost being alone, since it was not crowed or fully booked. It made it more relaxing.

We spent 5 days for my husbands 50th Birthday. This resort was Absolutely Amazing! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Food is Great! We would stay here again and again. Highly recommend.

Great stay at the Hyatt ZIVA Los Cabos. The property was fantastic and the service exceptional. First time we stayed in an all inclusive resort and we loved every moment if it. The pools were clean and beautifully laid out. Lot of activities for everyone. The entertainment staff was funny and livened up the stay as well. Will surely come back.

Beautiful resort! The website does say they are doing construction until March 2025. So beware. While the construction was front and center we were still able to really enjoy our stay. The staff were phenomenal! Food was amazing and it excursions were so much fun.

Our stay was amazing! We had a great time and really enjoyed all of the amenities and activities during our stay. Also, the staff was so nice and always so accommodating. The only thing I would improve upon is the food. There were plenty of food options, but the food in the buffet and Mexican restaurant was “just okay”. I would definitely go back.

We went for our honeymoon, most of the hotel have a small decorations or little small gift but nothing we are not asking for but most of the hotel decorate rooms. We were in Riu hotel for 4days it was all exclusive and it was included everything; and then came to hyatt Ziva compare to each other hyatt Ziva was all inclusive too but we asked for wine extra charge, asked for coconut drink it was extra charge. Lobster was extra charge, some stake was extra charge. Bed was awful when other person was moving bed was shaking so bad I feel like I was sleeping in bus. Room service was very slow.
