This was our second stay at Riu Palace. On our second afternoon I became quite ill due to food poisoning and was confined in our room for a day and a half. Room service changed our sheets out twice that day without a beat. I like this property and will most likely return in the future.

Great location. 30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to town. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was great and laid back but professional. Our room was great- well stocked and clean. We had a wonderful trip. Highly recommend this property!!

The property is beautiful and clean and spacious, what I didn't like was there wasn't an adult pool. One pool was loud with music and games and the other pool was great but no sign of a lifeguard and several children jumping and diving into the pool, splashing. One out of two pools should be made adult only.

I think hands down it was a very good resort!! Lots of food options and a great entertaining team. Very very clean - great room service, beach, fun activities!! Overall a wonderful experience with the amount of money you are spending!!

This is our second time staying at RIU palace and we had a great time!! We ordered room service for dinner on our last night and it was really fast. All the staff are always so nice and the service is great! The property is always kept very clean and we enjoyed the food options, but also proximity to downtown/marina on the days we felt like exploring.

Husband and I came here together on a "babymoon" trip before our first baby is born and we both agreed we'd definitely return and would recommend to anyone! I was so impressed with out clean it was, the staff was literally non stop cleaning the entire resort around the clock.

The food is mediocre, service is not great. Signage for where things are is not great and the Riu App is not great. The location and views are amazing. Our room was nice but dated. Could probably use a refresh soon.

Rooms were dated but very clean. Our bed was comfortable. We were not in the room very much so it didn’t matter. The staff were so friendly and always helpful.
