Been here a few times , and the cob webs and spiders on balcony glass rails , I’ve never seen cleaned , the room had a bad odour, sprayed half a can of deodorant, which didn’t last long

Nice location, room was comfortable, only bad point was shower cubicle which has no door and made the bathroom floor wet every time used, also the shower head was not good, spraying water in every direction. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room was very spacious and clean with a good kitchenette. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful. I just wish they had a cafe attached to the hotel or at least nearby. It’s great it’s a pet Fri accommodation. We will bring our dog next time!

Great location opposite Malua Bay, The Abode Hotel has spacious, quiet rooms, secure off street parking and access to a couple of places to eat. So much nicer than unappealing Batemans Bay.

Overall very good.photos need updating as there is a large kids in playground across from hotel.also there was no washer and dryer in my room (disabled)contrary to description. Very dusty cane chair on bottom, long time neglect. Housekeeping needs clarification. Eg.bednmade on 3rd day but no fresh linen, no vacuuming, but cleaner put dishwasher on with 2 cups and one glass! Bathrom hazardous, water from shower, accessible toilet poor design with protruding back, one hook for towels only for two persons.Small tv. The positives were lovely view, lift, parking, price, tv casting, decent bed. Friendly staff. Good for families with playground across road. Huge rooms.

We liked the apartment very much. Great view for the apartment. We were concerned however about the appearance of the apartment building from the surrounding area. The building appearance is not compatible with the surrounding environment. We wondered if there was opposition to the development.
