This is my second time staying for work purposes and I bring my family and the staff are all so brilliant. If I am late checking in, they send me self check in details, if I message they reply really quickly. NEVER had an issue with payment I make pre arrival. The fridge is stocked with drinks you can buy. This time I stayed in bigger room on the Tesco side and it was slightly noisier BUT it had a washing machine which was fantastic. Love staying here now and told colleagues and I'm super fussy about where I stay.

Situated right in the middle of Bath for everything. 5-10 mins walk from the train station, Check in was easy and good comms. Plenty of space inside the apartments and good facilities. It is worth noting that there will be noise due to its central situation and that there is no aircon, although a fan is provided.

Great location
Getting to apartment was easy a five minute walk from the train station. Entry a little more difficult as we couldn’t get a mobile signal to use for the entry code on the electronic check in. This was solved by intercom interactions with reception staff in main office. The apartment was upstairs - no lift. It was comfortable with a double bed and sofa and a table with chairs for meals. The kitchen was well appointed but our coffee machine was malfunctioning- could have been that they give you generic coffee pods not Nespresso ones? The only real issues we had were the lack of toilet roll holder meaning you constantly handled the toilet roll and no razor plug in the bathroom. The lack of USB points in the apartment was cream issue in this day and age and could be easily resolved for very little cost. A great location in the centre with shops, bars and restaurants all around (occasional noise at night but not too much) but overall a good place to stay.

Great stay right in the heart of Bath. The apartment was clean, tidy and very easy. The only gripes we could have are that it is hot (hottest few days this year) in the apartment. It is noisy - I’m afraid that is what you will get staying in central Bath I think - it’s a buzzing place and lots of people are out enjoying themselves and then the council are out early cleaning up - that’s what you get for staying right in the centre. Two fans are provided to help cool things down - they were a bit noisy but they really helped. The pictures provided show exactly what the apartment is like. Thanks we had a really memorable couple of days!

Nice appartement. Very well located if you are looking for a place near the city center, close to restaurants and shops (grocery store right next door), but if your appartement is facing the street, it might quite noisy. Loved the fact that you can leave you luggage in their office before check-in and after check out. Everyone was very pleasant

I think it could do with a lift as carrying suitcases upstairs can be dangerous for some. The overall tidiness and sanity was very good along with the area it is in! I had a great time and loved having a rotating TV!

We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay here again!
