The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was on the street only, so once we found a spot near the hotel, we left it parked there and took an Uber to get dinner. The hotel was not in new condition, but it was nice.

I was very disappointed in the front desk service upon arrival- was told they hold luggage, and they had us deposit our bags in a large shared unsecured room- the gentleman at front desk was not very helpful but the woman the following day was. I was shocked how dirty the carpet was and the overall lobby area- the rooms weren’t bad but not worth the high cost to stay there.

the breakfast was horrible, the eggs were grainy and tastless. the coffee was good, just stick with the bagels or any of the pre prepared foods. the room was clean and nice, however the carpet in the property badly needed cleaning. staff was nice, despite all this I woud return, overall about a 7 out of 10

When we arrived we were given had no working AC. Had to beg to be given a different room. The hotel is dated, the carpet is filty, the shower door was very difficult to move. Parking is not available and difficult to find.

Property has gone downhill.
This was not our first stay at this property. We stay here about 1-2 times per year. Absolutely filthy conditions. Hallways were dirty. Garbage overflowing in trash receptacles, rugs completely stained and the lobby smelled like a septic tank everyday. They have let this property go. Such a shame. It’s in a great location. Thankfully our room was clean. No more valet parking and full service bar downstairs.

This is a wonderful and convenient hotel in Brooklyn. I grew up around here and go back to visit family. It’s located in an excellent shopping area and right near a major train station. The free breakfast is great and changes depending on the day. The rooms offer you the bare necessities but in a good way. I would stay here again
