Possibly the best location for visiting the sights of Berlin,we walked everwhere for 3 days.Staff excellent and so friendly 30th wedding anniversary trip and we enjoyed it so much,lady in exec lounge was lovely and all staff in there so good

I was staying at the hotel and also presenting at an event held at the hotel. The hotel is pleasant and the location is great. However what sets this hotel apart is the staff. Absolutely everyone was amazing. Special mention to the waiting staff, Spa reception and check in.
