Room was fine, bed was comfy. The hotel was easy to find & quite close to the train station & checkpoint Charlie. Only down side is no aircon in rooms

Don’t expect much service from the staffs and front desk. It has not air conditioning and not ceiling fans… it gets hot in summer and loud from busy road, so opening the windows is not much help.

Be warned this is not 4 star. More 2 or 3. Pretty good location. Uncomfortable pillows. Small, ugly room single room. Bathroom was good. Oh and it was boiling. No AC only a fan. 32 degree outside, window does not open wide.

Nice large room with larger than average European bathroom, did not have AC but had options to open the windows, late checkout can be arranged for a fee, very close to checkpoint Charlie and train station, if you want to be on the main train line or closer to the center of attractions it is slightly further but only one train line away to the main attraction road

Hot overnight, however a fan was provided. Missed air-con. No fridge to keep drinks cold. Here for a few days prior to Euro 2024 final. Very handy for “Checkpoint Charlie” and Gestapo HQ museum. Breakfast expensive @€16 but reasonable fare even bacon!!

The room was clean and compact. Own bathroom. No A/c. Premises were clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, and it is in a great location. Close to points of interest and public transport.

People in apartments across the street are a little loud - but that might have been because the euros football was on at the time. Great buffet breakfast! Also a note - you can chose not to get your room cleaned in order to get a free drink coupon.
