The young lady at the front desk was very nice. I did report my issue with no hot water for the shower. It was after 9:00 PM and they offered to have someone look at it, but I know the issue is the shower valve pressure balancer and they would have to move me to a new room. Since I was leaving early in the morning I just did a sponge bath using the sink (sink had hot water).

Big Brother Environment
We did a weekend family trip. The hotel is updated and rooms have been upgraded but when it came to the pool staff they make you feel very uncomfortable. You are required to use your room card to enter the pool area, not a big deal and very normal. But in addition to using your room card to even get into the pool area they also have a hostess right at the door as you enter ensuring you wear a pool wristband at all time. The pool person also constantly walks around the pool area checking if you still have the wristband on which made us feel very uncomfortable and like it was big brother. We took the kids to swim for a little bit in the morning before we checked out. The pool hostess rudely asked if we were going to get another night and once we said no. They continued to come up to us and give a count down of every 10 minutes till it was close to 11am. We were out of the pool by 11am gathering our things and they came up to our family with scissors to cut our wristbands in half. I had to get a manager involved. It was such a shame to see that type of treatment especially being charged at over $300/night plus we even bowled and ate at the casino!!!! Will NOT stay here ever again.

Great place to stay and play!
We’ve stayed here several times while in the Albuquerque area and we love it. Great environment, the rooms are very nice and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Goos times!!!
The room was so nice and the view we had was so amazong!!! Also the food was super yummy, but we did have a little bit of a wait for our breakfast since they ran out of biscuits and gravy. Other than that it was a great spot.

Our stay wasn't as we thought as much as it costed we would expect more! No breakfast only at the restaurant always ran out of breakfast burritos at Starbucks gift shop the togo restaurant didn't open til 11 am! the bowling alley was fun but the employees are super unprofessional the arcade was under construction, pool was closed, and we left our keys in the room and they acted like we weren't even staying there they acted as if we were lying about the situation. We also made two night reservations and we had to change rooms the next day so we had to wait til 1:30 for the next room available. Also we forgot our big bottles of soaps in the room and they couldn't find them! and there was someones hair on the wall! last time we stay at the location especial that we came for the soccer tournament and they are a sponsor for that!
