Great hotel in a perfect situation.
The hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff were all polite and helpful and the accommodation and breakfast were great. Cleanliness was super. One member in particular was lovely. Linda was so lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay very special.

I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and enjoyed a lovely, well proportioned one bed flat. Coffee machine was a great surprise too. I love a decent coffee in the morning! Breakfast ok. Dining room very bright and staff lovely and personable with the guests.

Lovely stay, very clean, and reception staff are accommodating, I would hands down stay again. I did have my dog with me on the visit, and the room where lovely the only thing that would have made the stay better was if they had a small green area where dogs could pee and poop in, it would feel safer then as I was asked to go outside of the compound in the night especially as there allot of activity and people sleeping rough. My dog did pee outside the hotel, and the staff weren’t pleased with it, but it just didn’t feel safe going out further, and better he peed outside safely, than inside.

Well located for the Bull Ring and central Birmingham. Short walk to the Moor Street car park where the hotel has a good deal on rates - get your ticket validated at reception.

You feel like you’re in your own apartment. The staff were polite, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be back. The apartment, doors and elevator required your key card to move about. I was with my daughter and felt secure at all times.

This was my third stay at the Adagio in Birmingham City Centre & I had a wonderful stay. The staff always remembers me every time I’m back & it’s such a welcoming feeling. Sofia is always the absolute best there! Such a sweetheart! They have wonderful breakfast options as well. I’d never had their breakfast until this stay & I think I will always include it for now on. Much better options than I’ve seen at most hotels I’ve stayed at. Very close proximity to Bullring Mall/City Centre. Also walkable to Digbeth were there’s a more eclectic vibe. Lots of cool vintage wear in Digbeth. Close proximity to 2/3 of the train stations in the city part of Birmingham. Their security guard is also so kind. I always have a great conversation with him every time I come. Only downside is there is some noise in the area due to construction, but that affects most of the City Centre area & is not the hotel’s fault. Overall a very lovely stay & highly recommend to anyone coming to stay in Birmingham.
