THE SPACE — Enjoy 3 levels of cozy, abundant living space perfect for family gatherings and creating memorable vacations for a variety of groups.

Main Level:
This level offers a cozy Queen bedroom, a full hall bath with a luxurious step-in shower, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large 10 x 20 deck, additional grill space on the side deck, and an open, cozy living and dining area for gathering.

Second Level:
This level hosts a laundry area with a top loading W/D set, workspace with Airprinter, a plush and inviting King bedroom with an en-suite bath (views of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets) large WIC, and a secondary Twin bedroom with desk space and additional full hall bath with a bath/shower combo tub. (Beds in the secondary room can be converted to a King if requested at the time of your booking or within 48 hours of check-in)

Lower Level:
The lounge area offers a comfortable and large living space including a game area, a living room with a Full-sized pull-out sleeper and access to the lower 10 X 20 deck, a dining/card table, a cute and fancy kitchenette, a cozy Queen bedroom with a full hall bath (tub/shower combo) and a stackable laundry unit.

Relax and unwind on two enormous decks equipped with lounge chairs, two cozy egg chairs, and a full-sized dining area for 7.

*Important Property Notes*

Sussex Cottage is best suited for 6-8 adults.
The sofa sleeper and twin beds are most comfortable for children and young adults. The twin beds can be easily converted into a King by request.

**Sussex Cottage is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. Please respect our quiet hours between 9:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the decks.

All areas of the home are accessible for your enjoyment except for the locked storage areas and closets.

Picturesque and quiet, Tudor and Craftsman style neighborhood within a 1.5 mi. walking distance to the lovely and tranquil Lake Tomahawk and less than a 5-minute drive to downtown Black Mountain! Walk to the lake and town community center offering summer access to an outdoor public pool, fishing (with a state license), plenty of wildlife, and a playground for the kiddos!

The driveway allows parking for up to three cars (2 mid-size, 1 economy).
