"The hotel was recovering from the hurricane floods in the mountains but was still clean and nice. There was hot chocolate, coffee and hot tea available all day and night, which was lovely. The staff was friendly, there was a simple "breakfast bar" which was fine, with grab and go bags for people checking bout which was nice. And the rooms were clean showers were great the design was perfect with plenty of room. I will be back to stay at this hotel again soon! "

"We have stayed at numerous VRBO locations in Black Mountain. This is by far the best one. Location to downtown is great. But you still feel like you are away from everything. Everything we needed was there. Even a basket of goodies when we walked in the door. Thank you for a great weekend getaway."

"The property was set in a beautiful location and was the perfect place to celebrate a special family birthday! Thoughtful appointments throughout including multiple appliances making it a to cook meals for lots of folks! great place Excellent proximity to popular sights! We loved our stay and appreciated the quick communication by the host! We were also grateful that our host communicating clearly about the devastation caused by hurricane Helene allowing us to make an informed decision! in the end we were grateful for to be able to support tourism in a much needed area and all the townspeople were incredibly grateful that we have continued on with our trip! The driveway is steep but that information was also well stated before we booked! "
