"Lovely property, can't beat the location. The beds and pillows were sooo comfortable. Having a separate living room area and kitchenette was very nice too. The pool and jacuzzi were great and so was the breakfast each morning. Chromecast in the rooms was also great. We came in the off season, forced out of our hometown by fires. Staff was very considerate and upgraded our room to ocean front, which was so kind and was a highlight of our time here. Would recommend this property to anyone and we will be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Avila Beach vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was fantastic—just a short stroll and you’re right on the sand. It was also easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it convenient to grab a bite or enjoy a cup of coffee without ever needing to drive. Mission Pizza and the Custom House are must-tries, and there’s a cozy local coffee shop nearby for your morning caffeine fix. Inside, the home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable—everyone in our group slept great after long days of exploring. We appreciated the overall layout and thoughtful amenities; the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and taking a hot shower after a day at the beach was a real treat. We only experienced one minor issue: the sink in the master bathroom was a bit slow to drain. However, this didn’t affect our overall stay and was easily outweighed by the home’s many positives. Between the excellent location and the welcoming, tidy space, we’d definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Avila Beach."
