"Nice and clean."

"First of, the condo is still under construction as stated by owner. The pool is not operable and not sure about the other amenities which i did not use. When I first arrived getting in was a bit confusing since the parkings main entrance for our building was closed due to construction. The only entrance was down by the first 5500 building and Bonita beach road street which was a long way around but not too bad. Apartment is a bit old but very nicely decorated can’t really complain for the price. Construction was a bit noisy but also not too bad. They do start around 8am so if you’re planning on sleeping in not a very good place for you. I was always up way before that to make the most of my day. The beds are comfortable but there are only two full beds which didn’t make much sense to me. I stayed with my husband and we were both sleeping a bit crammed. The ocean view on the balcony is beautiful and overlooks the whole Bonita beach. Communication with the owner was great and he replies pretty quick. Overall if I had a nice stay and I would definitely stay here again due to it’s great location and price. "

"The house is great for a large family or friend gathering. There is plenty of space to eat or hang out together and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Sunset views are spectacular. Short drives to good restaurants, grocery stores and whatever you need for your stay. Overall, a great location for a vacation."

"The unit was fantastic and the views from the 10 floor balcony were breathtaking. The complex is still under construction and repair from hurricanes but our host Xavier was very upfront and transparenet about the facilities and the rate was significantly discounted. We still had a wonderful time. All the restaurants and activities were open and the beach across the street (we walked everyday) was absolutlely stunning. "

"We loved this property and its location was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and outfitted, Anne has it sll together. This is a 2 to 5 minute walk to bonita Beach, and also right on the canal. This is a comfortable cozy home. We will be back. Snne worked closely with us as the hurricane was inching and gave up to the minute abbie ó out safety. "
