"Front desk staff: very friendly, very knowledgeable, extremely approachable to talk to with any questions Hotel: very clean, very safe Pool areas (2): a lot of fun, very clean (get to the pool area early to get ur chair as it fills up fast) Bar area: bar tenders were excellent and served good drinks! Convenient store on site! …came in very handy Beach: beautiful water, clean beach (and the whole crew who puts out the chairs and umbrellas are top notch. They are very courteous, respectful, and friendly) Rooms: very nice, very clean. (Housecleaners do an excellent and efficient job) Parking: valet tenants are very quick and helpful. There is a parking garage across the street. Hotel surrounding area: very peaceful, grocery store within walking distance (literally a 2 min walk)"

"Excellent place to stay in downtown Miami! Always clean, plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance! Food and drinks at location is worth it. All employees personable. Only issue was how firm the bed was."

"The staff was so nice-everyone was kind and asked me how my stay was going. The food and drinks were expensive but everything was delicious so you get what you pay for. I enjoyed the free photoshoot and the location was perfect. Rooms do not come with microwaves or refrigerators. Also my room was very nice but a bit worn in cosmetic ways. The hallways were really nice and modern and smelled great. The beach service closes at 6 which is pretty early when you land in Miami at 4 or if you want to get the most out of the stay that you paid for. And the pool closes at sundown which is way too early (esp if you have been kicked off the beach). Kids were often filling up the small hot tub which was a let down. I would highly recommend Loews South Beach-I loved it!"

"This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in a while. The complimentary shuttle arrived quickly, and the ride from the airport was very short. Check-in was quick and easy. I received a really convenient room with complimentary water, which had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I had a late dinner at the onsite restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I had wanted to go out, but I was tired, and I regret nothing. The meal was on par with the best restaurants, if not better, in my opinion. The included breakfast I had the next morning was also delicious and kept me full all day long. Having a UPS location in the hotel was a major benefit for me, as I was able to collect an important package the next morning with zero hassle. After that, checkout was quick and easy, and I was able to get a shuttle to the Port of Miami at a great price. The staff I encountered were nice, friendly, and accommodating, and they had all the answers to my questions. Lastly, I must mention the delicious chocolate chip cookies. They provided them generously, and I ended up buying three tins to take home with me. Overall, whenever I’m in Miami for business or pleasure, I will definitely be staying at this hotel.."
