Our group stayed here but some didn't give some of our group didn't get a complimentary ticket for breakfast. If you offer it, it should be given to everyone that checks in regardless. Also some of the rooms that our group stayed it looked liked someone had a little too much fun if you know what I mean and it was all over tables and doors. Our room smelled like they had just shampooed it but didn't let it dry all the way. So it smelled kinda moldy having it be Florida and all make sure the rooms are completely dry.

My flight was delayed and the Expedia notice said check in ends at 2:30am. So I expected we’d be close so I called the hotel around 9pm to let them know I may be after 2:30. They said ok we won’t give up your room, which I thought was odd because it was guaranteed and I for sure paid for it whether I showed up or not. So when we finally got there around 3:30am ( thanks Allegiant), the very sincere desk attendant apologized that they gave up my room and they didn’t have one for us! WOW. A tough night got much worse without a room! He offered to find us another one somewhere but couldn’t offer to pay for it. All rooms in the vicinity were $250-$300. Now I’ll fight thru process to try to get hotel or Expedia to reimburse me for the room I didn’t get. Still tired!

The property was older and the area did not feel safe to walk around. Would not recommend. The shuttle to the port was also around 40 minutes late and poor communication.
