We arrived before check-in time from the airport and were told that if we wanted to get into a room before the 3 PM check-in, it would be a $50 charge. We decided not to pay that and instead we opted to leave our luggage here and go explore the area. They charge two dollars per piece of luggage to store your luggage. We asked where we should go to find some shops and restaurants and they told us to head to the area near Riverwalk. They even took our phone and put the address in for Lyft. Problem was they put the wrong address and we ended up in a neighborhood about 25 minutes away from where we really wanted to go. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get another ride and pay for a second ride to the correct location. When we got back two hours after check-in time there was only one room ready on the first floor, which I was not happy about, but since it was only one night decided to take it. I got to the room, opened the door and someone was in the room. Came back out to the lobby where they couldn’t understand what I was talking about because they had the room as vacant. They rushed to get another room ready for me and gaveme complimentary breakfast to make up for the fact that I walked in on someone else in their room and then when I walked into the second room, it smelled of urine. Mold in the bathroom, and when my daughter took a shower, the water pooled in the bathtub and it was all yellow. The staff for the most part has been nice, but this hotel is not worth your money.

The staff that greets you at the front desk is rude, they need to put nice people in that position, the room was moderately clean, there were almost no towels, I do not recommend it at all, I regret having been there when there are so many less expensive and much better options.

The AC unit was filthy and didn’t work. The bedroom and bathroom smelled dirty. The premises needed repaired and an updated overall. At night time plenty of traffic noise, including ambulance and cruiser sirens. Hotel staff is very helpful, professional, and kind but this building is not a good host.

Well, when booking thr room it said breakfasts included but when I went downstairs for breakfasts the front desk told me that it was not charged to my room I will have to purchase it or charge it to my room and I was very upset because it specifically said breakfasts included that was actually one of the reason I booked with you'll, because breakfasts was included. Then When I was checking out, I over heard a next couple ask about the breakfasts and they told them the same thing so the young lady said as she was walking off "I thought breakfasts was complementary".So youll needs to clarify that before people booked because everyone does not have the option.But that was my only concern other than that everything worked out really well

First assigned room the shower knob was broken, I requested a room change and the second room had a foul smell. Very old smelling. Day one the fire alarm was blaring, called the front desk who was unaware the alarm was going off on the 3rd floor. This continued all night! However in my room 310 the alarm only made a clicking sound. So I heard that all night. I did not receive the deposit back and no explanation why. Also be sure to return the key or they will charge you an additional $25. I would not choose this location specifically for my next visit
