The shuttle driver was not accommodating at all. I was at the designated door at 6:15 pm with 3 suit cases and 2 small children waiting for the 7pm shuttle which was promised. The driver came and stopped away from the designated stop. He never acknowledged us while I was trying to get my 2 small kids and the bag to get to him he drove off. I called the hotel immediately to tell him that we are trying to get him…the staff said driver said I will have to wait for the next shuttle at 8pm and that he is not coming back. This is super frustrating after traveling all day and doing everything that was asked of me. I had to call an Uber at that point and paid out of pocket. I complained at the desk when I arrived to which I was blown off like my concerns didn’t matter and there was no follow up from management. I will not be recommending or will be going to this hotel. Poor customer service.

Our time here was really good. Didnt stay at the property for extensive periods since we were out most of the day into the night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning done right. Front Desk and Security staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Kitchen staff, not so friendly but also not rude. The free breakfast is ok for a quick bite but maybe a little variety could be added for those of us that dont eat pork. The coffee was pretty good but you have to get down early otherwise it finishes quickly. If you're looking for somewhere thats close to the aiport, quiet and convenient, then definitely give them a try.

Hotel need modernization plan
The hotel was needs updating. The bedroom, sitting area and bathroom were clean and the beds comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was mediocre. The area had some good restaurants nearby. The transfer to the pier was appreciated but having all the travelers in the lobby at one time was noisy and somewhat confusing.

Stayed here twice and would do it again don’t look further best hotel great staff and breakfast was excellent free shuttle was a plus!! We missed our port shuttle and they called us a taxi on them!! Great service!! Always come back here
