Beautiful Resort with good amenities. Staff was very nice but not very responsive. I called front desk several times. A couple times the phone would ring out without an answer. Twice I got an answer but was immediately placed hold (I hung up after 5 mins first time and after 10 mins 2nd time). I eventually got thru 2 times (request for additional sheets and a follow-up on status of sheets. It took over 3 hrs to get sheets (Unsure since I fell asleep with my jacket before I saw sheets outside since it was dropped off in the night). This resort deserves to be rated higher but comparable properties with better service are abundant in Kissimmee/Orlando. I can't recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The Villa room was fantastic. Great lay out with a ton of space. Kitchen was well organized and efficient.

Staff was average, not accommodating for a special needs child. No notes in the reservation, no allowance for at least a one hour early check in. Buildings, where we were placed were dated. Ice machine looked like an abandoned building and the elevators were horrific. Better accommodations should be offered if you want someone to consider the time share option. Pool was nice, as was the movie theater.

This is a very conveniently located property. I have been staying here for almost 30 years (much prior ti the turnover in management). For the price, it is a wonderful value. The pool area and outdoor restaurant is wonderful. Area feels very safe. The units are always clean and spacious. Somethings to consider if you are placed in an adjoining room (not intentionally like as in your whole family is adjoining) it can be very loud. Our last stay had very loud neighbors. The wifi was not strong or reliable and you cant walk thru the smaller lobby without alot of timeshare people.

Excellent Orlando experience

This was my first time staying here. Check-in was easy. The rooms were clean and good condition and a good size for two people. The bed was super comfortable. It was easy to find your way around the property. Very very close to Disney property! I would definitely come back. Great value!

We went to check in an hour after it was open to check in. They said our room wasn’t ready but it would be within 15 minutes. They told me I could leave and they would call me. They never called me and after an hour I called them and they said they forgot to call me.

Room was not cleaned and bed was still unmade from prior guest. Did not like having to pick up parking pass from guest services trying to sale timeshare. Nothing like having a tired one year old and taking all the luggage to the room to discover you need to go back to the front office to get another room. Then for them to act like they are doing you a favor for giving you another room that is clean.

Enjoyed our stay...loved the large, spacious 2 bedroom/2 full bath space for the week. Was pleasantly surprised to have such a large, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and 2 pods supplied as well as washer and dryer with detergent for 2 loads. A nice surprise to have a jacuzi and huge walk in shower. Kids loved the playground, basketball court, different pool options, hot tub, movie theater, game and work out rooms. Appreciated the activities through the day and that there were bathrooms right by each pool area. Only negatives were that we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator, pressure of the timeshare presentations and lack of porch on our unit.
