Best place to stay
This is a good place for family to stay. We even played pool table. Hotel is closed to SeaWorld and water parks. Restaurant are also a walking distance that you don’t even have to drive. We always stayed before and never fails with rooms very cleaned and staff friendly, I also like that they have a store to shop for those late night snacks. Has lots of parking so even if you come to the room late you will have parking space. The morning ladies ready to start cleaning the rooms are always smiling and saying hello to everyone. Price, location, rooms, etc can’t beat it. Best place

Lovely staff and in such an amazing location for restaurants and the parks. The free universal shuttle bus is great and we never had problems getting booked on. Only criticism is our room smelt really damp and had a large water stain on the ceiling. As we were hardly in the room we just triedto ignore it. Spacious rooms, cleaned everyday and such good value for money.

Still my favourite hotel as it’s close to many things a bus service to universal rooms are usually clean an staff usually are friendly but didn’t find the staff as friendly this time an had 3 different times of housekeeping just walking in our room when the sign was on the door ( it was 9 am ) Room was clean well the first half of our stay but deteriorated after that . The token machine for laundry was broken was told they didn’t know when someone would come to fix it that we could go to the hotel next store( which was not really next door )

Wonderful staff and clean rooms.
The staff is incredibly great even when coming in at 12:45 in the evening. The only negative was in our room was spacing the highway and it got loud at times. Will request a room facing the inside of the resort next time. Beautiful resort with lots of amenities

The property was decent. Therr was a ton of traffic noise all night. Big conplaint though that they advertise "complimentary theme park shuttle" which is main reason we booked. It is only free for Universal but $15 per person for Disney. VERY misleading at best, at worst is false advertising. Will not book again for that reason.

Booked a room for a family vacation with two small children and upon arrival I was assigned a room in the very back of the property where they haven’t started renovations. When I walked into the room there was as a strong urine smell and a bug crawling on the bed. My room got switched and the next room (also in the non renovated buildings) had rodent droppings on top of the bathroom door as well as a musty odor. I went to the front desk and it was a hassle to get a refund.
