We were told that we would be able to check in early the day after coming off our cruise, which turned into us not getting a room until 3:00pm when we were there at 10am (thankful they took our luggage and stored it for us while waiting). We did enjoy that the pool facilities were available to us immediately so we did have somewhere to go while waiting. I gave 2 stars for property because there is a ton of construction going on so much of the property feels dusty and unclean. The music in the building can be heard from inside your room even at 3am so you may want to revisit that. Your coffee in the breakfast area is actually delicious so that was a welcome surprise as most hotel coffee is subpar. The evening happy hour is a bit of a disaster….. way too many people and the bartender(s) seems very overwhelmed. Our group was going to eat in the restaurant and ended up going elsewhere because if they couldn’t keep up with drinks, we didn’t want to even try ordering 15 entrees at once. The valet staff was always in such great spirits and conversed with us every time we were outside. There was one woman in particular who we connected with the most and she was there on Monday, August 19th in the afternoon/evening. Please thank her again for being so kind to our little girl. ❤️

Nice hotel it definitely has so much potential I hope they can clean it up! We did stay in an updated room it was so spacious and clean and quiet! We had a balcony but really it’s a sliding glass door that opens but our view was over the HUGE Air conditioner outside so it was sooooo loud we couldn’t enjoy the door open that was sad! The pool and outside could use some updating/cleaning and the reception hour was kinda silly free soda and veggies with water down ranch oh well. Breakfast was great! The omelette was really good. What was expensive was the parking!!! 80$ for 2 nights? Ouch!!!!

The restaurant food was good and staff was good. Sleeping room was extremely outdated - tvs were old, carpet was filthy, paint color was old. I've stayed at the Embassy Suites in PA and MD - much nicer.

It is terrible that this place is an Embassy. It is filthy. I had reservations for 3 nughts but after a few hours I asked to get my money back and they gave me 2 days back. We moved hotels. Our first room had a big red spot on the floor, blood? I dont know. It had a smokey, stale smell. It black diust rings around the ceiling fan and dirt spots all over the carpet. It was disgusting. In the hallways outside the room there was trash all around. The elevators and trash all around the edges and the elevator glass was very dirty. This hotel was bad. Normally, Embassys are very good but I felt I was in a low quality motel with no cleaning services.

The property was nice. Check in was very easy and the front desk is extremely helpful. The room had some issues, but the front desk is willing to help. There is a $30 plus a day fee for your car which was kind of a surprise. Other than that it was a pleasant experience

We were disappointed upon checking in to learn that the pool was closed. We were told we can use Hyatts pool down the road since theirs was closed. The pool was the main reason we booked the hotel because it’s beautiful in the pictures. We did not want to walk down the road to another hotel to use the pool then walk back to our room so we did not use the pool unfortunately. Hotel is under renovations currently so a lot of areas were not in use and closed off. Breakfast was decent, no pop available like other locations which was a bummer also. Reception in the evening is always a plus but could be more than veggies and a dip but still great for something free. Overall nice stay but very disappointed nothing on the site said the pool was closed since that was the main reason for the stay. Parking lot is harder to navigate because of all the renovations going on.

I was very excited to visit this hotel for a few reasons, one of the main reasons being how nice the pool looked in the pictures I saw. When I arrived to check in, I found out that massive renovations were going on that I was not made aware of prior to choosing this hotel. Secondly, I found out that conveniently their pool was out of order but was told that we were able to use the Hyatt’s pool. I did visit the pool at the Hyatt which was nothing compared to the pictures I had seen of the pool at the Embassy Suites. Also, the breakfast buffet was very unorganized and seemed as though random people from off the street came to the buffet at the hotel including rude children from camps who continuously cut the line of the people waiting ten minutes to get a slice of bacon and pancakes. Lastly this morning when I was checking out I figured I would save the $20 bucks on the Uber by utilizing the free shuttle to the airport that is advertised on their website. The desk associate pointed to a gentleman at a desk across the way and said he is the guy you want to speak to about transportation. I proceeded to approach him and say are you running to the airport by any chance? He looked up at me and said yes $20 per person. I said why would I do that when an Uber is cheaper? He said no it’s not and proceeded to follow me out and drop his price to $15 per person. I said no thank you and got the Uber for $15 dollars to the airport. Overall super disappointed in the entire experience.

This property was fully under construction with no heads up, no accommodations for travelers. We had a room with torn up bedding, broken equipment in the restroom, loud construction in the middle of the foyer, no popl access, and poor communication about any of the "included" amenities like evning reception and breakfast, which resulted in us not being able to take advantage of them.

We had a room with torn up bedding, broken equipment in the restroom, loud construction in the middle of the foyer, no popl access, and poor communication about any of the "included" amenities like evning reception and breakfast, which resulted in us not being able to take advantage of them.
